Jordan Winters joined the practice shortly thereafter, with Suzanna becoming part of the team in 2014.

Kirsty, Jordan and Suzanna’s collective experience spans two continents, three countries, and practice in world renowned firms including Edward Cullinan Architects, Shim-Sutcliffe Architects, Taylor Smyth Architects, AGATHOM Co, Dubbeldam Architecture and Design, and ERA Architects in Toronto. Our vast experience of work consists of projects like the Evergreen Brick Works, the Sisters of St Joseph nunnery, modern residential renovations, new builds, office interior renovations and restaurant design. We have a considerable interest and experience in adaptive re-use of industrial buildings.

Every project presents a large variety of often contradictory demands, constraints and unique conditions. The studio works to refines these down to the best fit for the client, budget, and most importantly the architectural integrity of the built environment. Passionate about providing a positive response to the historical and physical context of a project, bruce STUDIO believes in the creation, use, and stewardship of good public and private spaces.

bruce STUDIO architects provides a transparent and flexible design process which includes consultation and participation from clients. The studio shares ideas through drawings, models, and discussion to provide simple solutions that are beautiful, functional, and sustainable.
